The A.A.I Method | Objection Handling Formula

"WE NEED OBJECTIONS TO MAKE SALES, SO GET GOOD AT IT...."

Yes it is. Not every customers will say YES to you. In fact, 80% of your customer will say NO to you at the first place, but your effort will determine wheater it will be YES or still NO.If you don't know the formula to perfectly handle the objection, it might still end up in NO.

Here I introduce a good objection formula : The A.A.I Method with 5 magic impulses





ACKNOWLEDGE
  • Firstly you need to be happy to get the objection, be in customer shoes by SMILE and say YES sincerely
  • You must agree with the objection, show that you have emphaty to your customer
  • Repeat customer's objection make sure that the customer won't repeat the same objection
Eg : "Yes, I appreciate if you need to speak to your partner, however......"


ANSWER
Give your customer a benefit answer in order to turn the objection around. Here is G.I.F.T.S benefit impulses that you can choose to make a good answer :
  • Greed ; customer likes to add more and like to spend the money
  • Indifference : Nothing to lose, only small amount, customer doesn't lose anything
  • Fear Of Loss : Limited time and selected customer only
  • The Others : Everybody already sign up/buy it
  • Sense Of Urgency : It takes 1 minute, quick, simple and easy
Eg : "Yes, I appreciate if you need to speak to your partner, however......"
  1. She will be so happy and agree by you buy this good things
  2. It is only small amount and i believe she will agree with you
  3. This promotion is only for today, and it is only for the selected customer like you
  4. Most of the people buy this already because it is so useful
  5. The process is so quick, simple and easy, only 1 minute
INSPECT
After you give the best answer and confident answer to your customer, make sure that the customer agree and straight away re-close your customer to gain a sales after.
